If you’re having second thoughts on your purchase, don’t worry; you have 15 days from the delivery date to return it.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag/labels has been cut off.
- Returns will Not be accepted if the product is not returned in the original packaging and bag.
- We do not offer exchanges.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 15-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.

We are sorry that you received a faulty item, we truly are!
Please contact customer support Here and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.
Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.
All claims for parcels/Goods arriving damaged must be made within 2 days of the delivery date.
You will be responsible for the cost of your return.
*Please note it can take up to 21 days for us to process your return from the date we receive it.
